The client

3 family members, parents both engineers and college student son. The family had a property located in San Carlos, Sonora who used the weekends or when they wanted to relax from the capital and decided to buy the adjacent land. They sought to develop a project where 2 main needs were met: a space where their child may have more privacy so he can invite his friends for a weekend at the beach or use it as guest house. Also the second part of the project It consisted of a remodeling of outdoor areas, landscaping and facades. An important point was to unify the current with new construction to develop a rhythmic language in design. By idea and taste of the client we decided to develop the AMA 1.2 module which is adapted any extra spaces, surrounded by a series of external social areas, service areas and private parking, making it a unique place to enjoy an afternoon at the beach .
